About Fashion Q Lash
A lash studio in Nantun, Taichung, and the training that grew out of it.
Fashion Q Lash started as a small eyelash studio in Taichung. The work has always been the same: look at the eye you are given, and build a lash line that suits it — rather than applying one fixed style to everyone.
That approach later turned into teaching. Students arrive from very different backgrounds, some already in the beauty industry and some with no experience at all, so classes run as private or two-person sessions with hands-on practice on both mannequin heads and live models.
Along the way the studio took second place as a team at the 2014 Shenshou Cup and won first and second place at the 2017 6D Rising Star International Eyelash Competition. It was previously certified to ISO 9001 and built its internal operating procedures around that work; the certification is not currently being presented as active.
Julia, who leads the studio, is president of the Asia Eyelash Association and head judge of its Grade A certification competition. She is a former honorary advisor to the TNE Taiwan International Eyelash Association, and holds the WAXXXX waxing trainer certification from Singapore, where she placed first in the certification assessment.
Services today cover eyelash extensions, hot wax hair removal, in-person and online lash training, lash and waxing instructor training, and consulting for people opening their own studio.
